This gracious house is situated on an outcropping of rock surrounded by lovely grounds and with a view of the sea. We have worked with the owners over the years on a series of projects that have enhanced their use of space indoors and out.

The four-square house has undergone many changes through the years and accommodates the needs of a family as well as a home office.

The original house did not provide much opportunity for outdoor living, and certainly did not maximize enjoyment of the beautiful views. Decks and sheltered outdoor living areas have solved that problem.

By opening the new kitchen to a family living area on the water side of the house, light and views are accessible from every room.
